Lunching a software-based startup accelerator outside of Tehran faces a whole set of different challenges compared to the usual ones; One of them is the lack of qualified programmers, which slows down the growth of the backed startups (present at Syntech incubator) and current acceleration teams. Thus, we defined responsibility as planning and implementing advanced programming classes and workshops based on new technologies and teams’ needs to solve the aforementioned problem.
We were able to train more than 50 enthusiasts with the launch of “Yad Beghir, Kar Beghir” (learn and get a job!) campaign with a new brand: “CodeCollege”. Currently, the class graduates are working in teams, startups, and companies, and classes are held and are continuing.
